You personal photo should be a semi-formal looking picture and not appear as if they snapped if of you as you walked out of the restroom or something of that nature. I obviously took exception to this and contacted him through arbitration with his download link and a few free bonuses to show him how genuinely sorry I was for his difficulty.
I even offered to throw in some personal coaching with me to sweeten the pot. When he read me apologies, he downloaded the product and really never did reply to my offer. I was disappointed, he was disappointed and now I lost a potential client and cohort, probably forever. All because I didn't make sure my payment channels were working while my transitions were being made.
