How to Establish a Relationship With Customers Through Your Website

You personal photo should be a semi-formal looking picture and not appear as if they snapped if of you as you walked out of the restroom or something of that nature. You want to appear as polished as you can, because you are a polished, esteemed marketing professional. You might as well accept that fact right now, and start acting the part.

Even though some levity may be necessary it is always good to portray yourself as trustworthy and reliable so your picture should express that. Keep in mind that you shouldn't use a glamor shot but you shouldn't be in your Bermuda beach short either.

You should also consider posting your picture on your sales page, if you do not have a video embedded on it. It helps people to put a face to a name and to see with whom they are dealing. They will have less hesitancy to purchase when they see your handsome face! It also tells them you have nothing to hide and aren't on the run from the Hell's Angels or some other outlaw group.

On your website it is of utmost importance to have your pay channels operating smoothly. If they cannot easily purchase your product, why would they? My own personal example of this has a great lesson behind it. I had actually turned off all of my paid traffic to my sales page to revamp a couple of things, but Microsoft ad center kept sending me leads, and charging me for them of course. During the revamp I had a customer log on and purchase an E-book and due to the changes, he didn't get the product.

This was very embarrassing for me and I was genuinely sorry for the mishap. I was especially frustrated when I looked on my Paypal account and noticed that he was asking for a refund, calling my product a scam and asking Paypal to ban me. I obviously took exception to this and contacted him through arbitration with his download link and a few free bonuses to show him how genuinely sorry I was for his difficulty.

I even offered to throw in some personal coaching with me to sweeten the pot. When he read me apologies, he downloaded the product and really never did reply to my offer. I was disappointed, he was disappointed and now I lost a potential client and cohort, probably forever. All because I didn't make sure my payment channels were working while my transitions were being made.
This marketing through website can be done easily.
